The popular feature VoicEmail (optional) uses Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) to deliver a copy of your voice mail messages to your email giving the user the opportunity to store and forward messages to any person that has an email address. Because SMTP is the protocol used on the Internet to deliver email messages, it is supported by all major email systems including, Exchange, Notes, and Groupwise.
