Fax Mail and Fax-On-Demand

TVM-2000 detects and routes fax messages to fax machines. The fax module  receives and stores faxes, time- and date-stamping them for easier perusal. You can manage faxes from any touch-tone phone, retrieve and forward them to other fax mailboxes or fax machines, anywhere in the world. TVM-2000's fax-on-demand module gives callers a self-service information library. It lets them retrieve documents containing company or product information around the clock with the touch of a button.

Service With A Personal Touch The hospitality system plays greetings, and receives and delivers voice and fax messages to hotel guests 24 hours a day. Simple voice instructions guide callers and guests through the system. This frees up front desk staff to offer immediate service, and assures accurate and timely messaging for guests. Guests can retrieve their messages from any telephone. Whether they are in their room or at an off-site meeting, guests are just a phone call away from their messages. As an added convenience, guests can schedule their own wake up calls at any time.

Smooth Staff Operation The hospitality system can even facilitate internal communications.  Departments such as housekeeping and the concierge can use the system to notify each other of urgent guest needs. The group mailbox feature can be used by management  to ensure that staff receive important messages. And employees can communicate with one another via their own mailboxes to coordinate schedules and shift changes. Smooth internal processes result in better guest services and a more efficient facility.

Hotel Hotlines Yet another way to improve guest services is through the audiotext feature of the hospitality system. Hotels/motels can prerecord informational messages that guest can listen to around the clock. Callers to the system can listen to the hours of operation for the hotel health club or restaurants, airport shuttle details, local entertainment schedules. The audiotext feature is both convenient for guest and a time-saver for staff who find themselves responding repeatedly to the same questions.

PMS Integration Telekol's hospitality system seamlessly integrates with leading Property Management Systems (PMS). It enables as many front desk attendants allowed by the PMS system, putting the voice messaging system at the control of the PMS server. All the activities performed by the clerk are immediately reflected on the voice messaging systems as well. Whether it’s checking in or out a guest, moving a guest to the bridal suite, or merging two rooms together, only one entry is required on the PMS system. This makes the management of these processes as efficient as having only one system, while giving your guests the services of two.
